Yes, I give feedback to some degree but I am carefully I don’t think I am as open about what I say as I would love to because I am not sure if I say it like I see it. it might perseve as being negative.
I have a new boss now but the one before. I try to give feedback after so long, he seems push back and not listening but turn everything around. However, after so long I stop and just agree whatever he say
Yes, as servant leaders feedback is a two way street, that is how we continue to grow as leaders. It is also an avenue for your leadership to get the pulse of their team members. I ask my team that reports to me for feedback weekly and I offer feedback to my leadership team weekly. Open forums for feedback is the way we can continue to develop.
