Help me title my new book...Did you know what you were doing in your first management job? Me neither. After watching hundreds of managers transition to leadership, I've realized that we often let them struggle to learn the habits of good leadership. I wrote this book to share the secrets of leadership with new managers, with a practical approach that will guide them to successfully leading teams. I'd love your insight: which title do you like best?

Hi Mary! How exciting. Congrats on writing your book! I'm drawn to the "New Leader's Guidebook..." (and voted for it) if your primary audience will truly be New Leaders. If going for a wider audience, my vote would then be "Six Secrets..." . Readers love the listicles.

I really like the second title - "Be The Boss: A Success Roadmap For New Leaders". I think it will be the most appealing/catching title for a new leader, which seems to be the primary aim of your book.
